Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Accessibility level of the site
Michelle Alba believes in equal service for everyone, including people with disabilities, under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013 (regulation 35).
The site was built in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, for viewing on computers and phones. This statement describes the site as it was on the date it was last updated. Some parts of the site, particularly content added later or third-party content, may not be fully accessible. If you run into any difficulty, please contact us.
2. What has been done on the site
Proper heading structure for screen readers; alternative text for images; colour contrast to the standard; full keyboard navigation with a clear focus indicator; text can be enlarged without breaking the page; labels on every form field and clear error messages; animations switch off for those who set this on their device.
The accessibility button in the corner of the screen lets you: turn on keyboard navigation with a clear focus marker, stop animations, view the site in grayscale, high contrast, inverted contrast or on a light background, enlarge and reduce text, choose a readable font, increase line spacing, highlight links and headings, show image descriptions, enlarge the mouse pointer (black or white), and reset everything in one click. On every page, the first Tab shows a «Skip to content» link.
3. Known limitations
Third-party content embedded in the site (such as a map or a video) may not be fully accessible.
4. Accessibility requests
If anything on the site is hard to read or doesn't work, write to ferrency@gmail.com. It helps to mention the page, the problem and the browser or assistive technology you used.
If you did not get a satisfactory answer, you may contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice.
